We pride ourselves on offering name-brand merchandise at values our customers just can't pass up.
That philosophy applies to our brick-and-mortar locations and our Web store. Our Web store follows our corporate pricing strategy, which means you'll find the same sale prices online as in most of our stores nationwide.
All sale effective dates are based on Central Standard Time.
Price Adjustments
- If an item is out of stock, will I get a rain check for that day's sale price when the item becomes available?
- Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock while it's on sale, the sale price will not be available if the item is restocked after that sale is over. But, continue to check Kohls.com for the item because it could be on sale again soon!
- I received my circular after your sale event. Can I still take advantage of these sale prices?
- Unfortunately, if you've received a circular after a sale event, the sale prices shown in that circular will not be available. But, continue to check Kohl's circulars for great savings in the future!
- What are price adjustments?
- Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we'll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later. If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:
- You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
- Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
- You have the original, dated sales receipt.
- The item is not a Clearance markdown.
- The item was not purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
- The item is not a current Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
- Are your online prices and sales the same as your in-store prices and sales?
- You bet! We always offer the same sales online and in-store. Our Webstore follows our corporate pricing strategy, which means you'll find the same sale prices online as in most of our stores.
- If I find the same item with a lower price at another store, will you match/beat the competitor's price?
- Yes! We do match our competitors' prices. Just bring a copy of the competitor's ad with the current date on it to your nearest Kohl's Department Store. (Make sure the ad includes a description of the item.) This applies to in-store prices and products only, not to Kohls.com pricing or products.
Promo Codes
- Can I get a price adjustment on an old order using a new Promo Code?
- No. Promo Codes are only good on new orders and may not be applied to previously placed orders.
- How do I use my Promo Code?
- Kohl’s Promo Codes are typically printed in bold-faced, capital letters. Simply enter the code exactly as it appears in the Promo Code field located on the Preview & Payment page of the checkout process. Then, click apply to see your discount deducted from your order subtotal at the right. You may use up to 2 Promo Codes per order. To use multiple codes, enter one Promo Code at a time and then click apply after each. Be sure to meet all the requirements of the special offer. For example, if the offer indicates you must use your Kohl's Charge, the Promo Code discount won't be applied if you use any other charge card. Also, if using a free shipping coupon, please remember that your order total must meet the free shipping requirements after all discounts are taken. You'll always find details on the offer. Remember, you must enter a Kohls.com Promo Code; we cannot accept offers from other retailers and/or Web sites.
- What can I do if I forget to enter my Promo Code?
- If you forgot to enter your Promo Code during checkout, e-mail us using the option below. Be sure to include the Promo Code you wanted to enter. Or, call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884 for assistance.
- Can I use more than one Promo Code per order?
- Yes! You may use up to 2 Promo Codes per order. For example, you may combine a percent-off Promo Code and a free shipping Promo Code. However, Kohl's percent-off discounts cannot be combined. To use multiple codes, enter one Promo Code at a time and then click apply after each.
Kohl's Cash
- How do I earn Kohl's Cash® and what is it?
- Kohl's Cash® can be earned in our stores or online during events run periodically. Kohl's will advertise Kohl's Cash events on the Kohls.com homepage and in our other advertising. The dates for earning and redeeming Kohl's Cash in-store or online are also disclosed on Kohls.com and in our print advertising. Kohl’s Cash® is not legal tender. No cash back. Customer will receive a $10 Kohl's Cash® Coupon for the first $50 in purchases. An additional $10 in value will be added to the coupon for each additional $50 spent in that single transaction. Kohl’s Cash® Coupon is earned on the amount of customer purchases after all applicable discounts are applied and before tax is imposed. Eligible customer purchases include sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise, but exclude the purchase of Gift Cards. Offer may be redeemed with any other offer, but cannot be redeemed for cash. Kohl’s Cash® will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts. Kohl's Cash® Coupon may not be redeemed (1) to purchase Kohl's Cares® cause merchandise or other charitable items; (2) to reduce customer’s Kohl's Charge or any third party charge account balance; (3) as price adjustments on prior purchases; or (4) to purchase Gift Cards. If merchandise purchased earning a Kohl’s Cash® Coupon is subsequently returned or price adjusted, the value of the Kohl’s Cash® Coupon previously earned and/or the amount of the merchandise refund may be reduced to reflect any unearned value. Return value of merchandise purchased with a Kohl’s Cash® Coupon may also be subject to adjustment. Offer is not transferable.
- How will I receive my Kohl's Cash?
- If you earn Kohl's Cash online, your Kohl's Cash will arrive via e-mail. It will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the checkout process. If you are signed up for Kohl's Sales Alerts with a different e-mail account, please note your Kohl's Cash will not be sent to the account at which you receive Sales Alerts.
- When will I receive my Kohl's Cash?
- Your Kohl's Cash will arrive via e-mail within three days of your purchase from Kohls.com. When you receive this e-mail, click through to the printable version of your Kohl's Cash. Note: Save this e-mail! You will not be sent another e-mail containing your Kohl's Cash. Your Kohl's Cash is NOT accessible via the reminder e-mails that follow the initial Kohl's Cash earned e-mail.
- Can I return an item that earned Kohl's Cash and/or was purchased with Kohl's Cash?
- Yes, however, this may result in a Merchandise Credit, an adjusted refund amount and/or decreased coupon value. See Kohl's Cash® Return Guidelines for full details.
- I spent more than $50 during the Kohl's Cash earn period, why didn't I receive my Kohl's Cash?
- Sometimes Kohl's Cash e-mails get blocked by e-mail filters. If you do not receive your Kohl's Cash within three days of your purchase, check the blocked e-mail folder in your account. You also may need to add the email address Kohls@e.kohls.com to your approved senders/address book. If you still do not see your Kohl's Cash e-mail, please contact Customer Service at (866) 887-8884.
- Can I use my Kohl's Cash for purchases on Kohls.com?
- Yes. You can redeem Kohl’s Cash in-store or on Kohls.com. To use your Kohl’s Cash on Kohls.com, enter the 15 digit coupon number and 4 digit PIN number at checkout and the value of your Kohl’s Cash coupon will be deducted from your order total. Please note that Kohl’s Cash will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts. Note: There is a maximum of four Kohl's Cash numbers per order. If you received your Kohl's Cash in-store, your coupon number is located above the bar code on your coupon and your PIN number is located to the right of your bar code. If you earned your Kohl's Cash online, your coupon number is located beneath the bar code on your coupon and your PIN number is located to the right of your bar code.
- I only spent $48, but I still received Kohl's Cash. Was this a mistake?
- No. If you make a purchase within $2 of the Kohl's Cash earned criteria, you will receive Kohl's Cash. For example, if you place an order of $48, we will round that purchase up to $50 and distribute $10 Kohl's Cash.
Discounts
- Senior Citizen Discount
- We do offer a senior citizen discount* on selected dates and at your Kohl's store only. In order to take advantage of this special discount, we ask that participants please bring their identification for age verification. See your local store for more details. *The senior citizen discount is not valid in conjunction with any extra percent-off discounts, including Kohl's Charge offers. Offer is valid for in-stock items only, sorry no rainchecks. Offer good on all sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise. Offer not valid for price adjustments on prior purchases, to purchase Gift Cards or for payment on a Kohl's Charge account. Offer is also not valid on purchases of Kohl's Cares for Kids® merchandise or other charitable items. Discount will be taken off total transaction excluding sales tax.
- Additional Discounts
- We're sorry, but Kohl's percent-off discounts cannot be combined with other percent-off discounts. Senior citizen discounts are not valid in conjunction with any extra percent-off discounts, including Kohl's Charge offers. Kohl's percent-off discounts cannot be used and will not apply to the purchase of any Kohl's Cares for Kids (KCK) items or Kohl's Gift Cards. Kohl's percent-off discounts can be combined with $10 Reward(s) promotions.
